In a very general and undetailed description, the story is about a homeless girl that lives on the streets of a big city. She has the power to swap her body with anyone else just by touching them. She uses her ability at a large hospital and gives those that are about to die a chance to use her body to perform any action or wish that they may have.
Of course there would be many hardships and deeper plot points along the way, but that is just a short synopsis of the story.
